Dr. Aubuchon is so thoughtful and really takes her time to get to know you specifically. I never felt like I was "going through the motions" like I did at other clinics. SHE made our dreams come true. She truly cares and it shows every single time. Ceara the PA, is so detailed and sweet, she always took her time and made us feel important. Dr. Ahlering, I never had as "my doctor" but he always greeted me with a smile in the hallway and made me feel welcome. The support staff..... from the front desk, to Keri and Ty.....they are just so friendly and caring, they always greeted us with a smile, and some days we really needed it. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....let me tell you about my girl, Lindsay, my coordinator. She WAS my contact person, she was always there, every day. She never and I mean never made me feel like a burden, and I asked a lot of questions. But here is the thing, she was the person that gave us the good news and the bad news, but she did it with grace and true understanding. Your coordinator is that person that by the end of this, feels more like a friend. MCRM gives you a person to help you and your spouse through the entire process, which is incredible. We could not have done it without Lindsay, So thank you again, MCRM is lucky to have you!! This clinic is different, you will not regret choosing them. It was the best decision we ever made. At the advanced maternal age of 41, I knew we had a slim chance of success in adding to our family. Dr. Ahlering recommended we utilize the technology available including sperm selection and embryonic testing, along with two rounds of egg harvest to maximize our chances for success. When all was said and done, we had one healthy embryo for transplant, and are due to have a healthy baby boy later this fall. The staff was professional and compassionate as we navigated the sometimes stressful point in the process. They helped us remain optimistic by reminding us it only takes one- and it was true! we will be forever grateful for MCRM's assistance in helping us to add to our family. Dr. Aubuchon is very warm hearted and I feel like she truly cares and wants to help my husband and I conceive our baby. My last visit she was explaining the next steps and she looked at me and said, "I can see you're truly hurting and I want to help in any way I can." And that really made an impression on me. I was just sitting there listening, not really showing any emotion, just listening to what she was explaining and it was like she could see right through me almost. Reading my thoughts. She's a great Doctor and I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know struggling with infertility! She puts herself in your shoes and truly cares about your specific situation.
